| Jack-O-Lantern Carving Contest: Only one prize will be awarded per person although you may enter more than one jack-o-lantern. Costume Contest: Inside the courthouse – NOTE: WE HAVE TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF ENTRANTS to 25 for each division. This is due to time/space limitations. It would be best to register in advance. To register, email Entrant's Name, Parent's Name, Costume, Division, and Contact Phone Number to R_Skiles@hotmail.com or call Robin at 775-1080. (please check back right before the festival as these times could change)
