Only 20 contestants, $5 per song to enter, prizes to winners. Pre-registration suggested (click here for form). 5 Prize categories: Under 13; 13+ individual; 13+ Duet or group; Costume most like the original artist; Best entertainer.

Friday night at Centennial Park

Coloring Contest (pick up your coloring sheet at The Heartland Grill or the Dayton Library). All coloring sheets need to be turned in to the Heartland Grill, Dayton Library, or mailed to MainStreet Dayton, 280 Main St., Dayton, TN 37321 by 10/27/08. Winners will be contacted by phone. 10/27/09
Jack-O-Lantern Carving Contest and Pumpkin Decorating Contests: Only one prize will be awarded per person although you may enter more than one jack-o-lantern. Carved jack-o-lanterns and decorated pumpkins should be dropped off at Art Crafters (formerly Smith’s Crossroads) between 10am and 5pm on October 29. between 10am and 6pm on October 29

Costume Contest: Inside the courthouse – NOTE: WE HAVE TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF ENTRANTS to 25 for each division. This is due to time/space limitations. It would be best to register in advance. Click here for registration form. To register, email Entrant's Name, Parent's Name, Costume, Division, and Contact Phone Number to connie@volstate.net or call Connie at 775-0019. (please check back right before the festival as these times could change)
